At PastureLine Fence Coatings, LLC, we value the trust and recommendations from our community, whether you're a fence contractor, homeowner, realtor, landscaper, or neighbor. Our referral program is open to anyone who helps us connect with potential clients in west central Georgia. By referring friends, family, or contacts for our fence staining, sealing, painting, repair, or related services, you can earn cash rewards. Simply share your name, phone number, and email with the referred client, and ask them to mention you when contacting us.
To qualify for a referral fee, the referral must be the direct source of the job, with the referred client providing your name, phone number, and email any time before invoicing. The potential client must reach out to us directly to schedule a free estimate. The job must result in a completed project with full payment received by PastureLine, and the total job cost must be at least $1,500 to be eligible. Fees are based on the job tier and paid within 14 days of completion via check or Visa gift card (your choice). Note that no fee will be issued if the referred client cancels, disputes payment, or if you are an employee of PastureLine. Fees are non-assignable and subject to verification.
Our referral fee tiers are structured to reward based on the scale of the project:
Tier 1 (Small Jobs: $1,500–$3,000): $100 referral fee.
Tier 2 (Medium Jobs: $3,001–$5,000): $250 referral fee.
Tier 3 (Large Jobs: Over $5,000): $500 referral fee.
This program starts upon your agreement and continues until terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice. PastureLine may terminate immediately for any breach, such as false referrals. As a referrer, you act as an independent contractor and are responsible for your own taxes on any fees received. We ask that you maintain confidentiality regarding our pricing and client information and agree not to disparage PastureLine or its services.
This Referral Fee Agreement represents the entire understanding between PastureLine Fence Coatings, LLC, and the referrer. Any amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, with disputes resolved in Meriwether County courts.
